Skilled Assets is turning the interview process upside down. Tired of not getting the call for an interview because your résumé has been filtered out? We’re going to give you three minutes with top professionals in your field from top companies all over St. Louis. Only there's a catch. You do all the talking. Think speed dating for professionals. You pick your employers from our list, we schedule your "interviews" you have three minutes to sell yourself.

These are interviews for professionals.  We are not requiring specific criteria but please keep in mind most of these employers will require college degrees or equivalent experience.  

You can select up to five interviews. We do respect your time, however, based on demand for specific employers and departments there is no guarantee your interviews will be scheduled consecutively.  

All interviews will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis.  In other words, as soon as you pay we can start securing your spots. We will email your interviews and time slots one week prior to the event.

Please be sure you show up for interviews.  Keep in mind that by signing up for interviews you are filling a space another job candidate could have as well as taking up time for employers.  At the beginning of the event every employer will be given a roster containing the names of the job seekers they will meet that day, so in other words a no show is sure to get your name on their naughty list.

Tips/Rules

1. •All registered Job Seekers are required to attend a confirmation meeting prior to the interviewing event.  Confirmation meeting details are sent to registered individuals. This is on a drop-in basis, will only take a few minutes to pick up your materials, confirm your participation and receive other information.  Interview schedules will be emailed the following day.  In the instance we were unable to schedule your interviews your money will be refunded.

1. •Please do not contact employers before or after the interview (in traditional interview settings we encourage follow ups.)  However in this unique situation we ask that you leave further contact up to the employer.  
   

1. •Show up early!  We’re not suggesting you camp out the night before but please plan on being 20 minutes early for check in. Anyone not checked in 10 minutes before their first scheduled interview will be considered a no show and interviews will be canceled.
